3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for the consulting process.
Automotive dealership clients remain fully responsible for:
- the lawful use of their customer data
- compliance with applicable marketing and data protection regulations
- authorization of any marketing campaigns carried out on their behalf.
Innovative Impulse LLC does not sell, purchase or distribute customer databases.
4. Payments
Consulting services may be billed on an hourly, session-based or project basis.
Payments may be processed through secure payment providers including online payment platforms.
Invoices are payable within the time period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the advisory nature of consulting services, payments for completed consulting sessions or delivered analysis are generally non-refundable.
If a session must be cancelled, clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Innovative Impulse LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
All information and advice provided by Innovative Impulse LLC is intended for general advisory purposes.
Innovative Impulse LLC shall not be liable for:

All materials, analysis, reports and consulting content provided by Innovative Impulse LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use consulting results for their internal purposes but may not redistribute or resell them without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Innovative Impulse LLC treats client information as confidential and will not disclose confidential information to third parties unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
