Innovative Impulse LLC provides consulting services that are delivered through advisory sessions, analysis and strategic recommendations.
Due to the nature of consulting services, the following refund terms apply.
Consulting Sessions
Payments for completed consulting sessions are generally non-refundable.
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, rescheduling may be possible if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Project-Based Consulting
For project-based consulting services, refund conditions depend on the stage of the project.
Work already performed, including analysis, preparation or strategy development, is non-refundable.
Cancellations
If a client cancels a service before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Innovative Impulse LLC.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through secure online payment providers. Processing fees charged by payment providers are generally non-refundable.
